Located at the foot of the Wartburg mountain in the city of Eisenach, this elegant 4-star hotel features a beautiful Art Nouveau façade with a colourful, modern interior design. This was a stay in a beautiful art deco style villa dated 1907. Once inside the boutique hotel, we entered a warm haven of a gold and brown coloured interior, and were heartily welcomed by the lady at the reception. She offered us a coffee, while she finished cleaning our room, as to allow us an early check-in. The hotel manager helped us with bringing up the luggage to our room. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and with all comfort to feel “home away from home”. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of homemade goodies. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Absolutely superb breakfast service (11/10)! Newly renovated from the ground up. WiFi works fine. Supermarket just across the street. Perfect location for a lot of hiking. Easily reachable by car as well as public transport. Despite this being an active railway station, the trains didn't bother me sound wise. With the windows closed, sound isolation was extremely good, and even sleeping with the window open was OK (I will add that my room was on the street side of the building, however).

It is super clean with modern furniture and everything you need really. Sebastian , the owner was super cool and answered all of my questions. There was also a little guide of Erfuhrt with lots of good tips and places you could order food from. Tea and coffee as well as purchasable goods in the fridge e.g. bottled water, beer ..etc. Loved the balcony where you could sit in the sun. And it was sooo quiet that we slept like babies. Also good was that internet and tv programmes functioned perfectly.

Everything was perfectly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged – from the big comforts to the small details. We felt very welcome and relaxed, even though it was only for one night. Fresh renovated apartment, everything new and everything well thought out. Lots of space, comfy bed, very clean. Lovely bakery just three minutes away. Quiet street, with tram line going to the city center just around the corner. Easy to find, easy and fast communication with the owners.
