The lodge was a perfect complement to our visit along the river, offering comfort and a cool swimming pool on our return. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special, we had a fantastic time.

We arrived late one evening and hadn’t been able to book whitewater rafting for the next day, so he made it happen for us with a personally guided tour that was an absolute highlight of our trip. This is a family run business that hires indigenous locals (you can buy some beautiful handicrafts on site) and is practising sustainability.

I would like to publicly congratulate the reservation team at termas the Papallacta they went above and beyond to make my parents anniversary special. I can’t thank them enough. The staff at this place is extraordinary, I would highly recommend this site to anyone who would like to have unforgettable memories.

It's adjacent to the Misahualli river (where we got to swim) and just a few minutes walk from the town center. The grounds are clean and well kept and the room was comfortable. There is a communal kitchen for preparing your own food which was very convenient, and taking our meals opposite the river bank was a treat. The hostess was very helpful with planning our activities. Highly recommended.
