The location is right at the start of the quilotoa treck, the views are exceptional, the room was clean and well equipped. There are games and books for the free time, and they had food options for people with restrictions (Im vegetarian and have an allergy to gluten). There are hot water for shower (you just need to know that you should open it for a bit, and not all the way). Also there is a service of transporting your big muchilas to the end of the trail, and a lunch bag to go. Above all the hospitality was so lovely, we got help with everything we needed (including a ride to the atm!). Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay! The view is obviously amazing and also the family running the hostal is lovely. The food is great and there is tea and filtered water all day. Super cosy with the fireplace in the common space and the three llamas in the garden. :) The rooms are also perfect.

The communication from booking to arriving was great on how to get to the accommodation! The staff were so friendly and helpful! When we checked in we were given a bigger room to make our stay more comfortable! The restaurant on site is great and the food was all delicious including the breakfast which had a good selection to choose from! The animals on site were a very cute touch! Lots of chickens and ducks, and 2 Llamas that were very friendly and we got to feed carrots! They also can help with tours - we did the Cotopaxi base camp walk/hike - it was just us two with the guide and great value including lunch! They also offer affordable laundry!
