Boasting sea views, Suite Luxury en Puerto Santana features accommodation with patio, around 3.7 km from Saint Francis Church. The apartments are so nice. Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the mall and in a safe neighborhood. Host was absolutely wonderful and super attentive. By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Guayaquil. Its clean, really comfy with a kitchen and tv with netflix.
