The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the business center is particularly comfortable and functional. Breakfast was delicious, and overall the service provided by the staff was outstanding.

Only 2 km from Jose Joaquin Olmedo International Airport, TRYP by Wyndham Guayaquil offers plush rooms with free WiFi and LED TVs. There is a spa, a swimming pool and a fitness centre. It’s an excellent property close to airport and mall. Many food options but the free breakfast was top notch, the best hotel free breakfast I have had in my travels in North, central and South America

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. Hotel is a bit more pricey than other options in Ecuador, but it offers very good quality. Room was comfortable, with great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Staff is excellent and they are always very helpful. Hotel is very central and there is a guard at the entrance so you always feel safe. It is next to a mall, which is very convenient. Hotel has a restaurant and bar and they have a pick up service from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartments are so nice. Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!
