Perfect combination of hotel and wine cellar visit. The hotel is superb quality - modern, well maintained. Don't be misguided by the 1-star rating - it is much better than many 3 and 4 star hotels I have visited. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The wine cellar can be seen from the hallways and the atmosphere is wonderful and wine-themed. Do not miss a walking tour of the grounds, with the ponds, chapel, and memorial sites for members of the winemaking owner family. Great food as well as wine. Breathtaking views of the whole valley.

Cristina is an amazing host, offering great recommendations for the area and showing super care and thoughtfulness towards our experience. Make sure to hit the cool wine cellar downstairs and sip one of the wines from Cristina's winery - a perfect finish for the day. Will definitely come back 😄

This is an amazing place for budget travelers. It was perfectly clean, the staff was so nice and accessible. We just loved it. I loved this small village, it's very cute. If you want to visit Bilbao or San Sebastian, it's not that close though. But it was worth it. They have a kitchen, you can cook there, and also use the fridge, the microwave, the toaster... Breakfast is included. Thank you so much!
