I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ciudad de Ávila. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you'd expect—air conditioning, a minibar, a great shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was easy and secure, and the location is ideal—close to the historic center of Ávila, yet in a quiet area with easy access to main roads. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and I also enjoyed a great meal at the on-site restaurant.

Smart TV large bathroom with Rituals products. We leveraged street parking as were there on a Saturday and Sunday and there were plenty of spots. Can also recommend the nearby bakery called Santa Gloria Bakery and coffee for breakfast and coffee.

It had what we needed to do some basic cooking. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the decorations were inviting. There were even fans in the bedrooms! The instructions were clear to access the apartment and parking. And Alberto was responsive and easy to coordinate with.
