We had a wonderful stay at El Balcón de la Bahía Suites! The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to the main attractions. They also offer secure parking for an additional cost, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. One small suggestion for winter stays would be to pre-warm the room an hour before guests arrive, as it would make the atmosphere even cozier upon arrival. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and we highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was very cozy and comfortable. The room was just what we needed and the breakfast was lovely. The patio is a real treat.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool with a furnished terrace, Hotel Cuevas is located on a rustic building with modern décor and that is nestled in the picturesque village of Santillana del Mar. Everything. Staff through all interactions, front desk, restaurant, etc were wonderful. Room was very comfortable and the small balcony a bonus. Wish I had more time to stay, is definitely a hotel in would return to.
