We thoroughly enjoyed our time getting to know him and learning about the history of the hotel. Gilles provided us with a map of the region and lots suggestions for visiting nearby historic towns. We slept very well in the beautifully decorated guest room. The breakfast that Gilles served us was sumptuous and beyond compare.
