I chose this hotel because of its convenient location and excellent reviews. My experience not only met but exceeded my expectations. Almost everything (see the comment section with the sad face emoji) was great — the view from the room, the amenities (e.g., two terraces, the gym — although I didn’t go there because of lack of time), and more. The metro station is just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel, and it takes around 10–15 minutes by metro to reach the city center. Very nice and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, delicious choice of breakfasts and a great location near the lake/town centre/bus station make Fellpack House the ideal place to stay for a visit in Keswick.
