Its super clean, we had a room with ocean view. It has been lovely. Situated right on a private beach in Faliraki, Mitsis Selection Alila features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Italian, Greek and Panasian à la carte restaurant, Pita corner and as well as a spa... I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.

The views were amazing, great location, extremely friendly staff, great breakfast with an outstanding view, we also had an private pool that was perfect for relaxation

Centrally located in Kos Town, only 200 metres from the port, Blue Lagoon City Hotel features a swimming pool, a poolside bar-restaurant, and a spa area with gym and indoor pool. Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, the staff was very polite and helpful, the location was perfect! Highly recommended it!

It struck the perfect balance of being both welcoming and private. The entire property was spotless and so serene. We especially loved the hot tub—having our own space made it even more enjoyable. We were so impressed that we ended up booking a second stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the private beach was stunning. The location is ideal—close to the airport, fine dining, and great shopping. I wholeheartedly recommend this place in every way. We’ll definitely be back soon!
