Our room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival without is having to ask, which was greatly appreciated. The room felt new and fresh and the cleaning each day was amazing - everything was re-stocked consistently including pool towels which was perfect. The pools were very clean and well maintained and having the option of two adult pools was a bonus.

The room is beautiful and great location, close to the central of Fila, and also you can watch beautiful sunset from the road across the villa. Eirini is very friendly and kind! Het Ptolemeos Pension biedt kamers met een eigen balkon op 20 meter van de winkels en bars in Fira en op 200 m van de Caldera. The stay was really great at Pension Ptolemeos. Arriving there and being met by this amazingly friendly receptionista was a good welcome and the room was big, clean, and very nice with a view of the pool. The pool itself also was amazing to enjoy after a long day of walking. I am very happy with my stay there and if I would ever visit Santorini again, I will definitely come back to this hotel. A nice hotel 5 mins awat from the capital city and from the airport, very good typical breakfast, extremely clean and beautiful rooms (with also such a nice view from the balcony). You can also use the swimming pool whenever you want! And the rooms are much more modern and nice than the ones in the pictures here, l was so surpised. Last but not least the hosts are very kind and polite people. 100% recommended

Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. Great, very helpful ladies at the reception. Very warm welcome. Lovely pool and garden, ornamental plants. Very close to the beach. Great value for money. We could use the pool also after checkout.
