Had a wonderful stay! The owner was helpful & responsive. Location was perfect for sightseeing.Room were clean equipped with comfy beds and had all the amenities we needed. i highly recommend it!

Although it is located a little bit away from the city center, the area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. For us as a big family, the most important thing was that the place is spacious, very clean, and furnished with modern furniture. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling with family.

Many restaurants, shops, laundry, etc nearby. Good hot water and ac. Decent wifi. Discount at the coffee shop across the street.

Objekat Ritz Residence, Imago Mall Loft B je smešten u gradu Kota Kinabalu i nudi smeštaj sa 5 zvezdica, kao i bar i spa i velnes centar. The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

We only stayed one night but the accommodation was so perfect that we almost wish we would've stayed longer. This is a great place to stay with family or a group of friends.
