Sunset Beach Resort Weh features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Sabang. The resort offers both free WiFi and free private parking. This place is a gem! We’re so happy we had the chance to meet Sarka and Putra—such great people. They’re doing an amazing job with their beautiful resort, and it really shows. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday!

Offering inner courtyard views, Mila Homestay is an accommodation set in Padang, 10 km from Siti Nurbaya Bridge and 47 km from Mount Talang. The accommodation is in a beautiful and peaceful area overlooking the mountains. However it's also convenient with many stores nearby. The hosts are incredibly kind ,hospitable and always happy to help or give recommendations. Highly recommend!

Located in Timbanglawang, Orangutan Villa & Ethical Jungle Treks features accommodation with seating area. This villa offers free private parking and full-day security. I very much enjoyed my stay here. I spent 2 nights before my jungle trek and 1 night after. I booked the 2 day/1 night jungle trek with them as well. I actually think that is the only way you can stay at their guesthouse, so they ensure that their trekking clients have accommodation. Communication with the manager, Dedycool was faultless, from the time i made my initial inquiry to when the driver picked me up at the airport. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've had in 5 months of travel, and the AC did the job. The staff could not have been more welcoming, both upon arrival and every time I came for a meal or returned from an outing. The location outside of the village ensured a peaceful nights sleep. I enjoyed the 30 minute walk to the center, allowing me to see people going about their daily lives. The jungle trek was phenomenal in every way. Both guides, Edwin and Janet, were professional and got excited when we saw orangutans (we saw 7). The food both at the guesthouse and on the trek was very tasty. The trekking was challenging but not overly so. It was fun scrambling up hillsides using vines and roots as foot and hand holds. The camping was much more comfortable than I expected. The camping mats were thick, and the lightweight sleeping bag was just right for the temperature. The rafting back to the village was super fun and a great way to end the 2 days in the jungle. I'm very pleased with my decision to book through Sumatra Orangutans Treks.

Situated in Padang and only 1.1 km from Air Manis Beach, The view padang, Amazing view, 8 mins Mentawai fast ferry, cold beer, close to restaurants features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and... We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! A huge thank you to Robert, who was incredibly attentive and helped us with everything — from surfboard rentals to booking the fast ferry to Mentawai. Truly excellent service. Highly recommended!

JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us is set in Bukit Lawang and has a pool with a view and river views. Alek, the owner, is very available to help us to find the best guide to do a trek in the jungle during 3days to see Orangs outang and other monkeys. He helps us to do laundry, find a taxi to arrive and to leave Bukit Lawang. We visited the bat cave, the market on Friday and the recycling factory near the homestay. The room was comfortable, the bed was very big and comfortable too, with a mosquito net. You can swim every day in the river just in front of the guesthouse with a lot of local kids. There is a restaurant in the homestay or around. You can ask what you need to Alek, he knows every body in Bukit Lawang;-) Thank you Alek for your welcoming.
