Absolutely EVERYTHING went SUPER WELL. Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.

The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
