The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food selection was great and very tasty. Check-in was on Shabbat, but the staff was very accommodating they allowed a late check-out, one hour later. At reception, Sagi and the front desk manager kindly gave us vouchers for a complimentary lunch, which was a great gesture. The lunch was excellent high-quality food and outstanding service from Lisa, probably one of the best we’ve experienced. Overall, the food was delicious, not too salty, and well-prepared (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The infrastructure is modern and mostly renovated, and the atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and family-oriented. Housekeeping was impressive even though we had the “Do not disturb” sign, staff politely asked in the corridor if we needed water or fresh towels. The beach is right across the street, sunbeds are free for hotel guests, and it’s a perfect spot for beginners to observe fish and enjoy the sea
