The location of the house boat is ideal. A short boat ride of a few minutes away from the main street and included in the price. Most houseboats charge for crossings. It is located at the end of the first row of house boats, giving you a wonderful uninterrupted view of the whole lake from your bedroom. The house boat is surrounded by beautiful waterlilies and looks stunning. Everything was very clean and we felt very safe. Abrahim is a wonderful host, who made our experience in Srinagar memorable. He helped us plan our days and even organised a driver for us for our next leg of our journey to Leh! We really felt at home from the minute we arrived and Abrahim was available whenever we needed him. Breakfast was included, and really set us up for the day. We ate on the houseboat varanda, cooked with Kashmiri love accompanied by Kashmiri tea - another highlight. Thank you for making us feel like family, Abrahim!

You could choose what you wanted for breakfast, and it was always homemade and delicious. We also had the option to order lunch and dinner, which were just as tasty and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel is located close to Zero Bridge. The area, like the rest of the city, is quite busy with traffic. The hotel owner, Mr. Ilham Husain Bhat, and his family took care of us in the kindest way—helping with sightseeing tips, arranging reliable taxis, and always being there when we needed anything. Mr. Bhat is a truly warm and helpful person, and his whole family made us feel like part of theirs. Staying at Hotel Ikraam Inn was a special experience for us, and we warmly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar.

Loved the houseboat stay calm, cozy, and unique. The staff were warm and the meals were homely and delicious.Highly recommend this houseboat.
