Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Lots of towels which was great. Good security we felt very safe.

Attention to detail was given to the decor. Rooms were super comfortable & had everything a traveller needs. Staff were awesome. It was my birthday & Maniak from reception made it extra special by the cake & fruit platter, with compliments from the hotel.

The customer service was excellent! From efficient pre-arrival communications, a smooth check-in (all prior arrangements were ready), walked me out to the fitness centre outdoor at night, arranged bfast food packs as we would check out for our flight before the buffet started; just overall a considerate and thoughtful team at Trident. Eventhough we only stayed for one night, we were very happy especially since we had a poor experience at another nearby airport hotel week prior.
