Very comfortable stay. It was super clean and shared kitchen and shared bathrooms were very big and with everything that you may need.It was smelling nice in all the places. Good for family and couples. It has a nice restaurant also.

Bygghamar has lake views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Stykkishólmur. It's one of the best places we've ever stayed at. On the outside you don't really expect quite what you get once you enter. The place is very new and modern, perfectly clean and tidy. And the views, those views of the nearby lake and the mountains in the distance are just out of this world. There are two big windows in the living room from where, sitting on the sofa, one could relax and breathe in the beauty of the nature. The place has everything one might need, plus even more. Aside from the full stack kitchen, the very comfortable bed, the nice bathroom and the good size living room, power sockets everywhere you need one, the owners have also provided a hair dryer, several board games, some additional hygienic products and a very easy to understand sorting of the waste with separate buckets, something that tourists need guidance as every country has their own rules. Of course, free parking is available in front. The villa is just 6 minutes away by car from this beautiful town at the sea, with its famous lighthouse at the top of a hill. Péninsula Suites is simply magical. The view is absolutely breathtaking — we stayed in Suite 1, which I truly believe offers the best view I’ve ever seen. Being there felt like stepping out of this world. It’s the perfect place to disconnect completely and reconnect with nature, the sea, and even the sound of the seagulls. I’ve never felt so light, so peaceful, so far away from the noise of everyday life. The interior is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. Every material is top quality — even the kitchen towels and bed linens. The lighting, the layout — everything has been so thoughtfully curated. I’m 100% coming back, and next time for a longer stay. This is, without a doubt, the best place I’ve ever been. I recommend, recommend, and recommend again!

Situated in Snæfellsbær in the West Iceland region, Nátthagi Luxury Cottage features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property features mountain and lake views. This was our second time staying at Nátthagi and it did not disappoint! It is absolutely one of our favorite places to stay in Iceland. Set in a gorgeous central location, this cozy cottage is a great base for exploring all that the stunning Snæfellsnes Peninsula has to offer. The Wifi is strong, the kitchen well appointed and the beds are comfy. Communication with the hosts was perfect and check in and check out very easy. Not that I wanted to check out. We were ready to move in! Looking forward to our next stay!

Where to start, Before checking in we visited Kirkjufell and the waterfall and I think I could actually see this apartment from there :D The blue roof just shines. Upon entering, you're greeted by a washer and dryer, which was just perfect timing for us, The apartment has so much space and is just sooo comfortable. I wanted to pack up that lovely couch in the living room and take it back home with me. The views from both bedrooms are amazing (mountain range and Kirkjufell). Huge bathroom! The kitchen was well equipped with just about everything. Would love to return someday <3

We had an amazing time at the Ocean Lair. The place is very comfortable cozy, clean, and spacious. It even has a separate tv room equipped with a massage chair! Its location is very well situated, close to the main road and nearby facilities and tourist attractions especially near the Kirkjufell. The owner is super kind. I’d forgot my purse at the place and left for Reykjavik. I didn’t realize that I had left it there until I’ve reached the town and the owner massaged me. I was so upset and was tired from the driving. As it was my last leg of the two weeks road trip and I was about to catch the plane home the next morning so didn’t want to go back to get it. Even though I had my credit cards and some cash in my purse I was about to let them go and told the owner to please destroy the cards for me. The owner instead told me to hold on and give her time to ask around if anyone she knows is traveling to Reykjavik. I was so glad when she messaged me that her sister is visiting her daughter and would be happy to bring my purse with her and meet at an N1 gas station. I was super lucky that the owner was so nice and I felt very appreciative. It was very kind gesture and I don’t know if I’ve left my purse at some other places, I would get it back. So I would highly recommend this place. My time in Iceland was amazing and the trip ended perfectly with this place the it’s wonderful owner.
