Our landlord frederica and her family gave us a very warm welcome. The location of the apartment is about 5 minutes walk, so super close, to the old town. They gave us valuable tips for the old town tours, must-sees and restaurants right at check-in. The apartment is in a really quiet location with a great breakfast in the morning. When we wanted to leave Matera in the morning our car was unfortunately towed away. Our mistake. With the help of Fredrica we were able to locate the car. Like the town of Matera is out of this world, and the accommodation made our stay even more enjoyable. The host kept in touch with us before our arrival. Once we arived, he welcomed us and gave us useful advice on the tour round the town as well as which restaurants were worth visiting. The room Gas a jacuzzi, which is just awesome. And what is more, our breakfast was delivered rught in fron of our room and it could be eaten in the bed or at the table. The room is also equipped with a coffee maker and a kettle so you can make tea or coffee anytime.
