My sister and I got back on Tuesday from a wonderful 4 night stay at this beautiful villa in Anacapri. The property itself is stunning, and so are the surroundings - a beautiful view of the sea where the sunsets are incredible. The gardens are also gorgeous, and we were lucky enough to have some beautiful mornings sat outside eating breakfast. The hosts, Corino with his gorgeous family, are so welcoming and smiley - nothing is too much trouble and they were more than happy to answer any of our questions, plus book trips for us, taxis, tell us the best places in the area to visit, where to eat etc. The breakfast was out of this world, more delicious than you can imagine, with such attention to detail and new things to try daily, plus it was so speedy. It was all a completely streamlined service from start to finish. Our rooms were bigger than expected with so much storage space and a lovely bathroom, decorated with that charming Italian style. The boat trip Corino booked for us was an absolute highlight, a private boat tour around the island, amazing! The bus stop to Anacapri is just outside the property gates, making it so easy to get around, just a short trip. Then you can catch another bus to Capri or anywhere else around the island. But we also used taxis when coming home at night after dinner. I’d recommend to always ask how much it will be to your destination before setting off in the taxi as they can get quite expensive. All the taxis drivers knew exactly where this property was, making it so easy as well. It was a wonderful trip - a stunning, clean, friendly island with so much charm and character, plus some of the best food and coffee ever. We want to come back already!

We loved our stay at Relais Villa Anna. It is located on the quieter side of the island, near Anacapri, away from the summer crowds. Both Valentina and Salvador were exceptional hosts. They were so hospitable and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. We paid €20 for Salvador to pick us up from Capri port and again on our return. This is probably cheaper than a taxi and saves worrying about bus times and carrying heavy luggage. On route to Relais Villa Anna, Salvador gave us a very informative tour of the island and pointed out places of interest, including bus stops etc. I’d highly recommend this service to others. We arrived early, but our room was ready prior to check-in, which allowed us to freshen up before exploring Anacapri. Thank you for the quick turn around! There are 2 bus stops nearby, in easy walking distance, which makes it easy to travel around the island. Though make sure you take a photo of the bus times so you aren’t waiting too long. We loved coming back to the beautiful quiet garden after a day of exploring and spending time next to the pool. My husband particularly enjoyed the ability to constantly swim against a current, after pressing the button on the side of the pool! Though beware there are a lot of bugs in the garden and after our first day I awoke with lots of mosquito bites! Make sure you bring some insect repellent if you are prone to insect bites! Breakfast was exceptional and our favourite during our 10 day trip to the Amalfi coast. We are currently expecting our first baby and Valentino went above and beyond to make sure I could eat the food provided. There was a big variety and it tasted delicious! We would highly recommend Relais Villa Anna - a beautiful, quiet oasis on the island of Capri. Thank you Valentino and Salvador! ❤️

Sito ai margini del centro di Anacapri, il B&B Angelide, interamente coperto dalla connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, serve la tipica colazione italiana, servita sulla terrazza arredata o nella cucina in... The room was nice, clean and pretty, the bathroom the right size. The garden was lovely too. I loved the place, very homely. The host was very friendly and informative, the breakfast was good, which he prepared himself. Very close to the bus but you have to walk up when you leave so I don’t recommend heavy luggage. Very easy to get to the centre of Anacapri, just walk up from the other entrance, about 5 minutes away. A bit too busy at the Marina though. I much prefer Anacapri and we visited the clock tower in the evening. It was very enjoyable and we found a pinseria in one of the side streets with a lovely view. Just getting there by ferry I recommend getting tickets before and best to get a taxi rather than the bus to Anacapri as they tend to fill up like sardines and there’s along wait in the queue. We were there only for one night, 2 nights or more would have been better.
