We really appreciated the small things; the welcome note and chocolate, the welcome Prosecco, the attentive response of staff, help booking dinners, turn down service. We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.

Arte' Boutique Hotel is situated in Florence, within 200 metres of Accademia Gallery. This hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. The location is really great. It‘s on the main street and just minutes walk to all tourist attractions. The staff there are really welcoming, really gave us a very warm welcome to the city which left us a great first impression of our visiting to Florence. Also the entrance design makes you feel safe at this city. Highly recommend!
