Great place , can’t believe it’s only 3* It’s one of those hotels high up and overlooking everything that makes you wonder what it’s like to stay there , and I can tell you it was great ! Free shuttle bus to deal with the hill down to town and back up ! I’d read somewhere that breakfast was only a croissant/cake affair , well it’s not , it’s a comprehensive hot and cold buffet that is most enjoyable .

Boasting a terrace and views of city, Al molo 21 is a recently renovated guest house situated in La Spezia, less than 1 km from Castello San Giorgio. Everything was perfect. The place is close to the train station and downtown. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed very comfy. Offering city views, Affittacamere Saint Bon 15 - 5 Terre Rooms and Suites is an accommodation situated in La Spezia, 700 metres from Castello San Giorgio and 29 km from Carrara Convention Center. The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.
