The ambience and luxury of the hotel and hotel room was amazing. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was a good size, comfortable and well arranged.

There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. The breakfast was incredible! We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.
