Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). A really great place to stay. The tatami rooms are lovely, we had the most wonderful autumn colours right outside our window. Fabulous. We also really enjoyed the veg. Curry in the evening.

מלון מיאג'ימה סיסייד (Miyajima Seaside Hotel) שוכן במרחק של 5 דקות נסיעה מנמל המעבורות מיאג'ימה (Miyajima), ומספק שירות הסעות ללא תשלום, נופים מקסימים של האוקיינוס, אמבטיה ציבורית, חדר קריוקי וגישה... Amazing experience in a traditional style with a modern comfort. The hotel is located in a quiet place ~20 mins walk from the ferry port. It may sound far but the hotel provides the shuttle bus as often as you need. We were prepared for the ryokan rules about the shoes, so it wasn’t a surprise for us. The traditional room is very beautiful, clean, looks better in real life than on the pictures. Nice view from the window, I even saw an eagle on the tree. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. Usually the staff set up the bed after the dinner but they set it up for me when I asked for a day nap. The dinner and breakfast servings is extraordinarily. Nice choice of exclusive souvenirs, especially loved the Momiji manju cookies, the ones from the hotel are MUCH better than the ones from the shopping street. In general, I highly recommend to stay here at least for 1-2 night for better exploration of Miyajima without rush.

A 3-minute stroll from Itsukushima Shrine, Miyajima Grand Hotel Arimoto boasts an outdoor hot spring bath. It offers luxurious Japanese-style and Western rooms and a free shuttle from Miyajima Pier. Great location in Miyajima, close to the ropeway and temples, short walk from the ferry (with a shuttle available) The staff was spectacular, the suite with the open air bath was gorgeous. It's my second time staying there and I'll be back.

The inn was exceptional, beautifully designed, quiet, and comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome, well cared for, and were very friendly. We would definitely stay again.
