Having access to an iron and ironing board was a bonus. Bathroom was our favourite on our trip, and extremely roomy. Beds and pillows were also the best on our holiday. Views were spectacular from 11th floor. Staff were extremely helpful.

Coming off of a long flight in the evening, we didn’t want to make our way into the city. It is a 2 minute walk from the airport. Very clean. Very convenient.

This place is a must stay if you are spending the night in the magical Miyajima Island. It's a traditional japanese inn with everything you need and more, it's a short walk from the ferry station and far from the crowds, but the hotel also provides a shuttle bus for guests that is super covenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very peaceful view of the sea and the cute deers, and with futon beds that were really comfortable. The food was really good, both dinner and breakfast. I highly recommend to get these meals, not only for the whole experience but also for the convenience since the places in the city closes very early. The hotel also have an onsen, for women and men, ping pong table, hammock and a souvenir shop. Also I cannot forget to mention about the amazing and kind staff, from the reception to the drivers that took us to the city thank you so much for everything. We wished we have stayed one more day to enjoy more this place.

A 3-minute stroll from Itsukushima Shrine, Miyajima Grand Hotel Arimoto boasts an outdoor hot spring bath. It offers luxurious Japanese-style and Western rooms and a free shuttle from Miyajima Pier. We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and the overall quality is impressive. The food was great, and the onsen was a real highlight. The staff were extremely professional and kind. A special thanks to Satoru, who took great care of us throughout our stay and was always helpful and attentive. Highly recommended — we would happily come back.
