If you plan to visit Kumamoto or somewhere near, do consider staying at this hotel.

Situated along Tanohara River and surrounded by tranquil nature in Kurokawa Onsen hot spring area, Oku no Yu Ryokan offers charming Japanese-style accommodation and various hot spring baths. Amazing ryokan and hot bath experience in the hotel and in the village of Kurokawa using the pass offered by the different bath houses. The autumn colors were splendid around all the outdoor baths.
