Very authentic Japanese guest house experience with a lovely host. We stayed 3 nights and it allowed us to really explore Ise, Toba and Futamino rocks. Our host lent us bicycles which was fun to go to the rocks. It was very near a supermarket and local good Isekaya for food.

Great guesthouse and very friendly owner! There's a fully equipped kitchen to use freely so you can cook or have breakfast at the guesthouse^^ Very convenient location if you want to go to the beach, visit Meoto Iwa or Ise Jingu! I had the chance to meet several very friendly Japanese people here. They shared their food, snacks, and beers with me, so generous! We listened to music and we had a lot of laughs^^ After only spending 5 nights here, I already felt at home😊 If I ever travel to Japan again, I will definitely come back here!

Fairfield by Marriott Mie Kumano Kodo Mihama ligger i Mihama, 10 km fra Ubuta Shrine og 11 km fra Kumano Hayatama Taisha. Our stay at Fairfield by Marriott was incredible. The hotel was lovely, and our room was beautiful and so comfy. We booked for 2 nights but decided to extend for 1 more as it was in the perfect area for places we planned to visit, and again, it was just so comfy. The staff were so friendly, especially Enomoto, who helped us and was very kind. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mie!

Heart Hostel and Diner 女性専用Onlyfemale ligger i Ise, 6,3 km fra Ise-jingū-templet, og har et fælles opholdsområde, en restaurant og en bar samt privat parkering. My favorite hostel of all time. The bed area is so spacious, I’ve never had such a large bed in a hostel. The duvet and bedsheets are so nice that I just want to sleep in longer ~ It’s obvious that the owner has given careful thoughts on how to make the guests’ stay more comfortable- the powder room has large mirror, chairs and one lamp per seat to assist your makeup :) Location is great too - just a few minutes from the train station (north exit!) and the bus station to anywhere you need to go.

Boasting hot spring baths and a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean, Toba International Hotel Shiojitei offers luxurious accommodation in Toba. The dining was excellent . Food was fresh

Nagashima Onsen Villa Kuwana, Family & Group Stay with Private Onsen ligger ca. 22 km fra Nippon Gaishi Hall og har en terrasse, balkon og udsigt til en have. Absolutely Incredible Stay – Beyond Expectations! Our stay at this onsen house was next level incredible! We were two families travelling together (11 of us in total, with kids aged 3–13), and this home fit us all with ease, comfort and so much space to breathe. Every single detail has been so thoughtfully designed from the layout and functionality to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it instantly feel like home. The onsen was my absolute favourite part. Pure heaven! Being able to soak and unwind after long days exploring was such a gift, and it quickly became everyone’s nightly ritual. The kids loved the open spaces, the adults loved the calm and comfort, and we all appreciated how effortless everything felt. There was so much room for connection and privacy and you can tell the hosts have really thought of everything to make a stay smooth, relaxing, and memorable. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer as it was that good. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of luxury, functionality and soul-soothing relaxation, this place is it. Perfect location for us with a car and close to great attractions too.
