Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring ligger i Matsumoto, fra Matsumoto Station og fra Matsumoto-borgen. This Japanese themed hotel was excellent. Everything was exceptional. I would recommend anyone visiting Matsumoto to stay here.

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths. Best location we stayed at in a 2 week holiday in Japan. The other hotels we used were all conventional ones and we wanted to stay in at least on Ryokan and chose this one. The location is perfect, really close to Zenkoji Temple which is the most historic area in Nagano, with lots of really nice shops to explore. The room was perfect and we really enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast

Hakuba Third Place Lodge ligger i Hakuba i regionen Nagano i nærheden af Hakuba Goryu Skisportssted og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. We had an amazing time! The lodge is modern, super comfy, and Akira along with the whole team were fantastic. Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Nonna Milli ligger i Matsumoto, 2,4 km fra Japan Ukiyo-e Museum og 4,8 km fra Matsumoto Station. Her er gratis wi-fi, aircondition, gratis cykler og en have. Et meget smukt hus med klassisk og original japansk indretning. Meget venligt vært, som havde mange gode anbefalinger til steder at besøge. Virkelig fedt at der var cykler til rådighed som vi lånte.

SAUNA VILLA 然 ligger i Nagano, 15 minutters gang fra Zenkō-ji-templet og 2,4 km fra Nagano Station. Her er en have og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Overnatningsstedet ligger ca. Immaculate. Stylish. Peaceful.

Snow Palace Nozawa ligger i Nozawaonsen, 21 km fra Ryuoo Skipark og 32 km fra Jigokudani Abepark. Her er et fælles køkken og et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Nice, clean, and competitively priced. It was only a 10 to 15 min walk to the slopes. I would def stay here again!

白馬の黒馬 DarkHorse @Hakuba ligger i Hakuba, 16 km fra Tsugaike Kogen Skisportssted, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en bar samt gratis privat parkering. Fantastic hosts, so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They literally drove us to the slopes every day and picked us up. They even drove us to Nagano to catch the train back to Tokyo at the end of our stay. The accommodation has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is super modern. To get the best from this property, get stuck in and meet the other guests, it's such a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Noise levels drop by 10pm to ensure a peaceful night sleep and the breakfast/ food it's awesome. Thanks for the fabulous welcome to all the staff at Dark Horse.

ワールドカリーの館 すぱいすろーど ligger i Matsukawa, 24 km fra Japan Ukiyo-e Museum, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Fantastic stay, far exceeded our expectations, especially the generous and kind host who served us delicious curries for dinner! We will happily be back on our next trip to Japan.

Akiko is a wonderful host she surprised us with ice cream. The kids loved the roomy apartment and having their own room. This was a wonderful place to stay run by wonderful people. We had a kitchen to make a meal at home something we were missing.
