Breakfast was very good, lots of different foods. Staff was friendly.

From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff are exceptional—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your stay perfect. A special mention must go to Amanda, whose courteous and caring attitude made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. Every element—from the comfortable bedding to the smart technology—reflects luxury and thoughtful design. I was lucky to have a room overlooking both the sea and the lake, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet deserves a special highlight. It was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere—an incredible spread featuring both local Sri Lankan delicacies, a lot of Indian and international favorites, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience at ITC Colombo was flawless. The combination of elegant interiors, exceptional dining, stunning views, and world-class hospitality makes it a true gem in Colombo. I left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning soon.

Set in Colombo, 200 metres from Kollupitiya Beach, Sheraton Colombo Hotel offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a shared lounge. When we checked in we got upgraded to a suite and even though we only stayed 1 day, it was so wonderful! The kids had lots of space and even we enjoyed the amenities including the huge rub and breathtaking view from the bathroom!

The team were so attentive, great service, team was caring, flexible and really looked after us. The apartment is really modern and beautiful, can't recommend this place enough. The location is also superb, it's right next to Park Street Mews, so there were plenty of options nearby to have food and drinks with friends. It's a superb location and at the very centre of Colombo, so everything is close to you. Will be staying here again in the future.
