The Quetzal se nachází 1,9 km od centra města Cancún a poskytuje ubytování s klimatizací a patiem, venkovní bazén a fitness centrum. Cancún autobusové nádraží se nachází 900 metrů odtud. Ubytování odpovídá přesně popisu a fotografiím, ale ještě lepší je to zažít na vlastní kůži. Ubytování v centru Cancúnu, 10 minut pěšky do supermarketu, restaurací a k autobusovým zastávkám, odkud levně a rychle můžete dojet na pláže v hotelové zóně. Hotel má velmi dobrou polohu v centru města, z/na letiště se dostanete poměrně rychle a rovněž je to 10 minut jízdy na ferry na Isla Mujeres. Snídaně byly výborné! Hostitelé Alberto s Monicou jsou hrozně příjemní a ochotní lidé. Dokonce nám nabídli vyprání věcí zdarma. Ubytování v tomto hotelu má takovou zvláštní (v pozitivním slova smyslu) ale hrozně rodinnou atmosféru, že se tu člověk hned cítí jako doma. Pokud se ještě někdy dostanu do Cancúnu, rád se zde opět ubytuji.

Tento hotel se nachází na břehu laguny Bacalar a nabízí bezplatné americké snídaně, soukromé molo a Wi-Fi ve společných prostorách. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. The kayak being included was awesome. The common room was great also at night to hang and play games ( giant backgammon board/table). The location is love a quiet in nature and all the buildings are separate which I loved .

Restaurants are more than excellent! You cannot choose one as favorite all are great. Service you receive from employees is nothing I have seen in a resort. Love the quality of the all inclusive. The location is good and the beach is awesome! There is an event every night I loved that !

The reception and restaurant/bar staff were genuinely excellent — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the stay feel personal and easy, and we really appreciated the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- se nachází 400 metrů od centra města Playa del Carmen a poskytuje ubytování s klimatizací a balkonem, venkovní bazén a terasu. The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.

This place is family-owned, is kept clean, and has a nice-sized swimming pool. Super friendly people are always ready to help you, we had pizza delivered to our room, and we didn't wait long, we definitely will visit again.
