The place is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. Located in a beautiful and quiet area. Easy to go and come back from Amsterdam with public transport, but also offers a convenient parking spot right in front of the house. We really had everything we needed for the long weekend spent in the area and would definitely choose this place again in the future.

Sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. It's out of the way but close enough to very nice restaurants. Highly recommend.

Beautifully renovated farmhouse turned b&b by very friendly owners. Our room was pretty big and equipped with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast turned out to be delicious as well. Preciosa habitació, equipada amb tots els detalls necessaris. Ens va servir de base per a visitar el dia següent el turístic poble de Giethoorn, arribant dels primers i evitant les aglomeracions del migdia. A uns 20-25 minuts en cotxe. Bon esmorzar.

Set 500 metres from Dijk Beach, Gastenverblijf de paddestoel offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an open-air bath. Everything was great! Marleen met me and gave me the keys. She was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. There were some complementary snacks: sugar-glazed almonds and two cartons with fruit juice. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and had everything (a fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes (which were very om point, considering the fact the weather was very cold for the end of May, and it was a bit chilly in the evenings), a fridge with a freezer, a hair drier etc.) The neighbourhood is very safe (well, Urk IS a very safe city in general), there are two bakeries, a supermarket, a sweets store and a slaughter shop next door. The beach is a few minutes away by foot.

This was our first time stay and we loved every minute of it. Wim & Anja are fantastic hosts and so very friendly. The room, bath/bed linen & shared kitchen were clean and equipped with all amenities. The icing on the cake during our stay was waking up each morning to a tasty breakfast prepared with care. Location was perfect for us as we appreciate peace, nature and morning walks. The surrounding walking routes will be even more beautiful in the summer. We highly recommend this property. Everything was perfect! We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities that we could ask for. A wonderful, complete and delicious breakfast was delivered to our room at the time we requested. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will stay here again in the future!
