A warm hotel with good restaurant. Located a bit a side of town centre, but you can still walk 10 minutes to the city center. Which is good because it is away from the light pollution, so you can see the aurora clearer.

Almost everything is perfect. The room is clean and spacial. The people here are friendly and willing to help. The heating system is like that the energy is free of cost. The location is right next to the city center, which means easy to go to restaurants and supermarket. It is very important in winter. The decoration makes me feel in a wooden cottage, which was an amazing experience.

Radisson Blu Polar Hotel is the northernmost full-service hotel in the world, located in Longyearbyen. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff so nice and helpful.

Objekat Russkiy Dom, koji se nalazi u gradu Longjir, na 14 min. hoda od znamenitosti Svalbard Church, nudi besplatan WiFi i usluge konsijerža. It was the cleanest hostel/ hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotless and modern, excellent kitchen fully equipped. The shower and toilets were separate, which makes a huge difference, also spotlessly clean. Yulya and Sam were outstanding and quickly became "family"
