We had initially booked a delux room, but when we checked-in to our surprise they had upgraded us to a garden pool villa !!! It’s was unbelievable we were soo excited!! Everything in the hotel is exceptional from the rooms to the service to the hotel staff …absolutely perfect !!

A special thank you to Mr. Khalid Zaki at the front desk and reservations — he was exceptionally helpful and truly made my stay memorable. Honestly, this was the best night I had during my entire trip to Salalah. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
