Leandro was extremely helpful and good at devising excursions for us non-trekkers.

We had the best time at this hotel and recommend it to everyone. The owners, Walter and Pepita, and all their staff are so lovely, helpful, and their food is delicious. Also, there are alpacas, sheep and puppies on the property that are friendly. The view from the rooms and the restaurant are incredible and it's right next to the Condor Cross viewpoint. You can see as many condors here as at the viewpoint, but could also walk or drive to the viewpoint to get a closer look. And most importantly - the owners were so helpful and kind; anything you needed they found a way. We watched as they pointed out condors, fixed one guest's broken trekking backpack, and when we had car issues he coordinated someone nearby to help.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and not overly decorated. The amenities went beyond a two star hotel (soap, shampoo and even blow dryer, things that one doesn’t necessarily find together in a three star hotel.)

Wonderful place, super friendly staff that makes sure you are being taken care of, and the view from our room was just breathtaking. They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. Thank you, cant wait to come back ❤️🙏

Pascana Hotel se nachází v destinaci Chivay a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a terasou. Our Lady of the Assumption Church je 100 metrů daleko. The owners were super nice and breakfast was good. They provided breakfast early enough (6am) to support our tour schedule. The walls are decorated with local culture paintings. One was being worked on while we were there. The hotel is very clean and very close to the main plaza and restaurants.

Rooms are cute. Cute, quiet, little town, with some nice little hikes around. Definitely hands on hosts who are happy to show you some hikes, go with you on some of them, let you feed their alpacas, share a campfire with you.

Sandra is such a great host, she helped us with organizing all activities in the area. Very unique location. The food was very good. We also really liked the fireplace.
