There are no nearby neighbors, perfect for large and loud groups. But since you are alone on the farm, suggesting to bring everything you need (food, condiments, toiletries, etc.). We had fun using karaoke, billiards, and pool. It is worth the price. Ms. Ann and the caretakers are nice and accommodating even if we have lots of questions.
