We were welcomed with homemade port wine and really good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was very clean and cleaned daily, The air conditioning was working very well and made our stay convenient on really hot days. We enjoyed breakfast and infinity pool, and a jacuzzi in the evening as well. Overall our stay was exceptional and we will definitely recommend this gem of Dou ro valley and will arrange another trip to come back!

Alex spent a lot time with us explaining the different things we could do in the area with maps and great suggestions. Room was very comfortable And cleans the breakfast was amazing ! The best hotel so far on our stay !!!!

Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were amicable and professional. We took the boat tour on the Douro, which was relaxing and scenic. We would definitely go back again to the Octant Douro.

Charming hotel in a beautiful tranquil location run by an efficient helpful team. We very much enjoyed our stay and the excellent evening meals and breakfast served by the hotel's restaurant.The view from our room was stunning. It is a perfect base from which to explore Douro Valley.

Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food se nachází v historickém venkovském domě obklopeném zahradou a vinicemi. Visiting the Douro region I found the best thing to do is to stay here. You will experience everything Douro region has to offer! Throughout your visit you will experience several tasting of the excellent portwines of the house. And staying there you don’t need to drive anymore. (Large carpark). There is a joint drink followed by a communal dinner. The food is excellent and portwines are used in the food as well. It’s a very nice to socialize with other guests. There is a lovely swimming pool with nice seating area overlooking the wineslopes. Rooms are spotless, very comfortabel and atmospheric. Last but not least: there is a beautiful 2 hour hike from the premises through the winefields with magnificant Douro riverviews from high above! This all makes for an unforgettable experience! Tento 4hvězdičkový hotel má vlastní sad a vinici a nachází se 800 metrů od centra Lamega. Hosté hotelu Lamego mohou ochutnat místní kuchyni k obědu a večeři. Velmi milý personál, pobyt jsme si moc užili. Super snídaně, moc dobré jídlo na večeři i přes den na baru. Pohodlné parkování, pokoje, voňavá kosmetika, vyhřívaný bazén také plus. Dobrá lokalita pro výlety do okolí.
