We stayed at the bungalow and it was 100% worth it. Best view of the valley, totally private and room was so comfortable and great! Breakfast is amazing too. Wish we had stayed longer!

Very cozy, clean spaces and the staff was attentive and friendly. Varied breakfast and tasty snacks in the afternoon.

Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were amicable and professional. We took the boat tour on the Douro, which was relaxing and scenic. We would definitely go back again to the Octant Douro.

Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. The place is fantastic, better than we expected! Great staff and warm welcoming, they service us their homemade excellent port when we arrived. The room is very spacious and charming with elegant antique furnitures, great atmosphere! The dinner was amazing! Great food and wine, they were very kind to serve us with another pre-drink of port, lots of great red wine during the dinner and with a 40years port after dinner. Breakfast is also nice and fresh!
