Excellent staff and very accommodating. Denise was super helpful and do go down to -1 floor with him for a mini tour. Katerina at reception was always smiling and Marius was always superb and carrying our bags.

It is very central, walking distance from the old town, very clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive to messages. Gina made sure I got there safe and explained how to get inside on the phone. I would definitely go back there!

We were upgraded to a larger room, and every request was handled quickly. They spoiled us with champagne, and their spa is amazing—it’s like living in a dream. The dining room is packed with delicious food, and the atmosphere is so pleasant. This is the perfect place to disconnect ❤️ We’ll definitely be back again!

Naglalaan ang Monarch House sa Braşov ng para sa matatanda lang na accommodation na may shared lounge at terrace. I would say that this was the best quality for value hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Romania. The room was clean and well-designed, and I appreciated the background local radio music from the speakers, during my time it was all Christmas songs (which you could turn off if you wish). I also loved the Christmas note/gift that they gave during my stay. The hotel also had an included breakfast buffet at the lobby (charcuterie, fruits, croissants, local breads, drinks). The people were accommodating and very helpful. The hotel was a 20-min walk from the old town but the buses were frequent.
