The most appealing feature of this resort for me is that it has a lot to offer in winter - for example, the indoor and outdoor heated pools with seawater were a decent substitute for swimming in the sea. I chose this resort for a December vacation with my parents, who are seniors - we really liked it and would love to come back next time

The hotel is stunning, very well maintained and feels truly luxurious. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and quiet, with great housekeeping throughout. Food and drinks were excellent with a huge variety, high quality ingredients and many options at any time of day. The staff were genuinely friendly, professional and always ready to help, which made a big difference. The pool area and beach are beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and a very relaxing atmosphere. Entertainment was tasteful and enjoyable, and everything felt organized and premium. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we would happily come back.

Die Unterkunft Blue Serenity Hotel bietet einen eigenen Strandbereich, eine Gemeinschaftslounge und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Pool und als Buffet angebotenes Frühstück in Side. It went well beyond my expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Murat, who took care of everything. From breakfast to early check-in, his hospitality and support along with the whole team made me feel both comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Cleanliness is especially important to me, and I was genuinely satisfied. The bed linens were spotless, smelled fresh, and I was able to sleep peacefully. The fact that the hotel is new is also a big plus, everything was fresh and the atmosphere was modern and tastefully designed. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the museum is within walking distance too. I’d be happy to stay here again :)

Ausgezeichnetes Buffet, Vollpension Sehr guter Service Abend-Show im Shoppingbereich, ausserhalb des Hotels war eindrücklich: Springbrunnen-Show und Bootsparade mit Tanz nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt und man legt hier auch großen Wert darauf. WLAN vorhanden. Alles war sauber. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Hier gibt es sehr sehr viele Katzen :-)

Our family of 5 enjoyed a 2 nights stay in a suite which had a beautiful view. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the rooms well appointed and clean. The hotel is up a short hill from the town with easy walking access to restaurants, shopping and beaches. The old town area nearby is very charming and atmospheric. We were allowed a slightly later check-out on our exit day - we had a late flight to catch, and we were allowed use of the pool in the afternoon and a bathroom to have a quick shower and change before leaving - all very welcome on a very hot day.
