The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and helpful staff. Overall dreamy experience especially that it was snowy the whole duration of our stay. Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. We are having a good time with the stuff skiing the room. The stuff shafiqu is wonderful and takes care of us. Good, the food, excellent, no comment 👍 we will be back next year inshaallah

I had a wonderful breakfast with excellent service from the staff. Everything was well-prepared, and the team’s friendliness made the experience even better. Highly recommend
