The breakfast was excellent and the panoramic view is the best in this city! There is a big and beautiful observation skybar on the rooftop where you can see a lot of hot air balloons in the morning. The front desk also provides the reservation of hot air balloons, horseback riding and ATV, and they all included shuttle service, which was very convenient. We had a lot of fun these days! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They also helped us when our car had problems after we left the hotel! Really appreciate their help!

View at the balcony for balloons. Super nice staff at the breakfast. Hotel has own restaurant in the town- delicious food!!! and offers free collection and transfer back to the hotel. The best stay ever!!!

Modern cave hotel and tasteful rooms. Very clean and comfortable. It’s located away from the main tourist hub and shops so it’s in a quieter part of town, but also only a few minutes walk to the town centre. I really enjoyed the wide variety of food at breakfast everyday. The staff was very helpful and always available. Very quick responses on WhatsApp. They helped me out with booking airport transfers and tours and sent me reminders as well. Their sister property Sultan Cave Suites is just down the road and it’s possible to watch the balloons from their terrace.
