Special thanks to Mr. Murat, who took care of everything. From breakfast to early check-in, his hospitality and support along with the whole team made me feel both comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Cleanliness is especially important to me, and I was genuinely satisfied. The bed linens were spotless, smelled fresh, and I was able to sleep peacefully. The fact that the hotel is new is also a big plus, everything was fresh and the atmosphere was modern and tastefully designed. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the museum is within walking distance too. I’d be happy to stay here again :)

A super welcoming place to stay at! Rooms are new are the facilities are very clean. Perfect location in the middle of Side, just a doorstep away from restaurants, night life and shopping. Don’t forget that the hotel is next to a Swedish (delicious) cafe! Our stay were 10 out of 10, we will be back! :)

Clean, very big and modern rooms, nice beds, good and clean pool! Nice to have netflix in tv. Very kind and nice staff working there. Highly recommend, I will be returning there for sure

A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

Objekt TUI Blue Barut Andız - All Inclusive - Adults Only nalazi se u Sideu, na 4 min hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Kumkoy, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži vanjski bazen, besplatno privatno parkiralište,... The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

Objekt Barut Hemera - Ultra All Inclusive smješten je u Sideu, na 3 min hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Kumkoy, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži vanjski bazen, besplatno privatno parkiralište, fitness centar i... Boravak u barut Hemera bio je zaista predivan i nadmašio je moja očekivanja. Hotel je izuzetno čist, uredan i održavan, čistoća je stvarno na maksimumu. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i toplo zaista se osjeti da rade sa srcem i da im je stalo do gostiju. Hrana i piće bili su odlični, raznovrsni i uvijek svježi. Svaki obrok je bio uživanje. Jedina mala zamjerka sa moje strane je temperatura bazena u Swim up Pools Room — s obzirom na nižu vanjsku temperaturu, očekivala bih da je voda malo toplija. Međutim, to nije umanjilo ukupno iskustvo jer je sve ostalo bilo apsolutno besprijekorno. Sve u svemu, nezaboravan boravak. Preporučujem od srca i rado bih se ponovo vratila. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. The steps to check in were very clear and easy. Parking available easily. Close to the beach walking distant. The apartment was very clean and had good amenities. Private location.
