I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely 5-star hotel in Van. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all expectations. A special thanks to Turan at the reception who was incredibly helpful and kind — both to me and later to my father. Her assistance made our experience even better. Only a few steps from Van Lake, this hotel offers beautiful lake views and luxurious interiors. It has chic rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi, and a spa centre. Nice apartments with beautiful view of Van Lake. Helpful customer service.

The hotel is basically a misleading place as it's name is saying Van Orient but it's 30KM outside van. Staff cannot speak english. i booked two rooms but was given only one room. i booked for 3 nights but then i left after staying there for one night. hotel is poor in every aspects. I lost my money for nothing...... there were other groups of people there who were also complaining about the name and the location of the hotel. it's the worst selection i have ever done with Booking.com
