Only a few steps from Van Lake, this hotel offers beautiful lake views and luxurious interiors. It has chic rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi, and a spa centre. Nice apartments with beautiful view of Van Lake. Helpful customer service.

Good location next to a shopping mall in city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast is decent with good view from rooftop terrace.

Staff cannot speak english. i booked two rooms but was given only one room. i booked for 3 nights but then i left after staying there for one night. hotel is poor in every aspects. I lost my money for nothing...... there were other groups of people there who were also complaining about the name and the location of the hotel. it's the worst selection i have ever done with Booking.com
