Arlo Washington DC features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a shared lounge and terrace in Washington. Breakfast came with the reservation, and it was excellent! The staff was also wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly and helpful at every turn. We loved both the restaurant and the bodega, and my daughter found the gym to be great. We had a very happy stay at Arlo!

The rooms were beautiful and the customer services was top tier. Food in restaurant hotel was very good also.

Location was perfect - right at the Wharf, very clean and spacious room furnished with high quality materials, the bathroom was extraordinary, cleaning staff were doing an amazing job every day, the breakfast was superb, etc.

I travel a lot and use the services of AURBNB and booking.com. Staying in Heaven was absolute heaven. It was very comfortable; everything was in its place, and the kitchen was amazing. There were lots of additional services, such as a swimming pool, sauna, and sports gym club. It was very clean and had nice service.

Before we even arrived, communication from Nico exceeded all expectations. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a gorgeous view over the garden. There were all the amenities imaginable in the closet downstairs (irons, toiletries, extra towels, etc), and the kitchen was stocked with quite a few items as well. Every member of the staff that we met was helpful and friendly, and it felt genuine too. Obviously, the location is very hard to beat, but though it's absolutely great, - everything else was even better.
