The breakfast was good both days. The staff was very attentive. My husband fell getting on the elevator on Wednesday, November 26th and Elena (desk clerk?) ran to his assistance and helped him to his feet. She was wonderful and very attentive and concerned. I would definitely recommend this hotel and not hesitate to stay there again if we're ever in Chicago again. Special thank you to Elena. I wish I'd gotten her last name.
