The room was nice and quiet with a comfortable bed. A superior hotel in a great location with a hugh choice for breakfast. We had a dog with us and we were given lots of information on dog friendly places to go to and she could come down to breakfast with us too. There was a park opposite for dog walking too. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

The location was perfect. Right next to the castle and Bute park and easy walkable access to all the shops and restaurants. Also very dog friendly which was perfect for what we needed. They even gave us some recommendations for dog friendly restaurants
