So we booked this hotel instead. What a fabtastic decision!
It was clean, spacious, comfortable and the nice lady at the reception gave us an upgrade to a room with beauful ocean views. Staff of this hotel were even apologetic for the bad experience we had in the other place in Galveston.
Right across the beach at a great location!

Great location. We timed it. Exactly 8 min walk to the beach, through a beautiful, dog-friendly neighborhood. Comfortable front porch. Perfect parking. Great size 2 bd, 1 & ½ bth apartment with all the amenities.

The location was steps from the beach. Easy access to town for shopping and restaurants.
Had washer and dryer. All the conveniences of home. Very clean. Gated balcony/deck. You can leave dogs outside. Comfortable deck furniture.
Comfortable bed, huge showers. Has outside shower downstairs. Yard for pets is not gated and on the side of main road. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful and tastefully decorated beach themed. Dog friendly. Would highly recommend.
