You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

Our room has a big projector and we stayed in the night feeling like we slept with a cinema in front of us. One of the best hotels i stayed at and will definitely stay only here is i ever go back to Bansko. I'm a hotelier so this is saying a lot as we have 5000 hotels in our company.
